Wow Quests
By admin | November 29, 2009
Wow Quests are like the backbone of Warcraft along with raids, and they are a good way for you to explore the world around you. For the most part you will find that quests come in the form of NPC’s who have a large yellow exclamation mark over their heads.
This heralds the fact that this particular NPC has a quest for you to handle. Go over to the NPC and Right Click to get the necessary
information.
If the NPC has a grey Exclamation Point over their head however, it means that your level is still not high enough to take on their quest. You will need to level up before you come back to them again.
A large yellow Question Mark however, means that you have finished a quest given to you by this NPC and that you’re up for your reward.
You will need to Right Click here as well to get things started. The question mark is put there to make it easier for you to recognize your quest giver amongst all the others.
Also, Wow quests don’t have to come in the guise of NPC’s. There are many other alternative methods of getting a quest in World of Warcraft and it’s all a matter of finding it out. I’m not going to give it away as finding these World of Warcraft quests can be fun in and of itself!
You’re also not limited to taking on one quest at a time. With the multitude of quests available for players it could take you a very long time to finish them off at that rate, not to mention the fact that you’re leveling up, and acquiring of skills would also suffer as a result.
You can also take on any number of Wow quests (up to a maximum of 20) without fear of depriving another player of them either. Each player lives in their own particular world although everyone interacts with everybody else.
This is basically another form of instancing although it’s not necessarily thought of as such.
It’s also easier if you take on as many quests in Wow as you can find while you’re in the cities or towns. This is simply because you can complete your Warcraft quests as you go on your travels.
For example, in your endeavors to complete one quest, you might come across something that enables you to complete another quest, and while in the pursuit of this you might be able to complete a third quest.
It’s something along the lines of “what can I do now that I’m in this particular part of the world?”
You can gather your Wow quests, and if needed raid members, and go on your quests. (Make sure that everyone understands the rules regarding looting etc. before you start out – this saves a lot of grief later on).
