If you have spent any time in the gaming community, particularly the online gaming world, you have heard of WoW. But have you played yet? Do you know what it is all about? You want to know all about this incredibly popular MMORPG? You may wonder how do I level? How do I make money to afford gear and skills? How do I use the interface? Well, stay tuned because we have a lot of information for you.
Well, this is the popular game has conquered the world and that’s why we created this website to help you out. We have provided basic information for those of you who are new and we have taken information from the best players in the game to help you.
World of Warcraft (commonly abbreviated as WoW) is a class-based massively multi-player online role-playing game (MMORPG) that was created by Blizzard Entertainment. In an MMORPG you will find yourself playing the same game at the same time with people around the World. You will be able to interact with someone from Florida while you’re in California without having to pay long distance charges. You are playing in a real time chat and play environment and your decisions can shape your character. If you are into the gaming world, you have likely heard of Blizzard before and some of their other games such as Warcraft and Starcraft.
History
So what is the story behind World of Warcraft? What is it all about anyway? Well, this is the story of the Third War and the founding of The New Age. The history of Azeroth is filled with tales of war and struggles. The most destructive conflict know to the world is the invasion of the demonic Burning Legion. They planned their return to the mortal world over the course of many centuries. Four years ago, all of this planning came to action.
If you have played World Of Warcraft before then you might already understand the story line and have a good idea for what is going on here. But even if you haven’t, you can pick up everything really quick. The controls and overall game play are also easy to figure out.
Gameplay
So now that you understand a little more about the history of the game (also called lore of the game), just what is the game play all about anyway? What is the point of the game? Well, the great thing about MMORPGs is that there are many different objectives and the point of the game depends a lot on what type of player you choose to be.
In general, your goals are going to be to level your character. You are also going to want to complete quests (which help you level and give you things). You are going to want to level your professional skills. This means you become better at your profession and you are able to make better items to use or sell for profit. You also want to make money. The key point of making gold is to buy a mount. But there are other reasons why you need money in the game. Money can be used for buying items at auction, bartering with other players, travel, buying healing and mana potions and many other items you need in game.
In an MMORPG you’ll never have to worry about saving your game! Everything is saved server side so even if your computer crashes you can start up right where you left off. You can quickly quit the game and never have to worry about saving! You do not have to be online to receive anything in the mail because the server will save it for you and once you log on you could grab it!
It also costs you money to learn new skills as you advance in levels and it costs money to repair yourself after damage. So you can see that you need a good way to keep money coming in and to stay productive.

Wow Fishing Guide

Ok, here is a short Wow fishing guide which demonstrates how useful it is to have such a profession in World Of Warcraft.
Fishing skill is base of area of levels and skill level. Lets say you are on a part where level 13 mobs appear. Well you would get items around that level. As you meet harder areas the higher fishes you can get and the harder to caught them.
Druids are able to have access to a high level area at the low level of 10, the place is called Moonglade. A part of the druid level 10 quest to take the form of a bear. This place can be fished and since it have a high level fishing area, your fishing skill grow up so fast since you don’t fail here. You can get here level 35 weapons.
Horde can do the same at level 5. Take the west output in Ogrimar, you arrive in the Barrens. Go north to Ashenvale Forest and follow the river for a very short trip. Just after a tree you have a message saying you are in Azshara (a level 45-55 zone) and no mobs spawn here.
Stay here and start fishing…
If u have fishing skill at a high level u can do high damage with the pole, more than your normal weapon, attack is based on the weapon class skill, and it uses fishing skill for it.
Also found that fishing up deviate fish and cooking them into savory deviate delights is a great way to make money, now on silver moon server the recipe for these fish goes for about 15-25 gold buyout!
This is a very big input for a cash making strat, BUT these cooked deviates go for 50 silver a piece on and they stack to 20, thats 10 gold for 20 cooked fish. And they sell like crazy everywhere!!
So what I did was got my skill up really high cooked all the other fish I caught while saving the deviates in the bank then got my cooking skill up high with the fish I caught, you need 85 cooking for savory deviate delights.
So to sum up, get fish then cook them save money to buy initial recipe and then cook and sell deviate fish, its a great way to make gold in wow! And by the way these things do sell like hot cakes! Hope this Wow fishing guide has been useful. Let’s go fishing!

Wow Cooking Guide

The online game World of Warcraft is one of the most popular computer games of any sort ever created. Around the globe, untold numbers of people enjoy the 3d fantasy adventure world of WoW – where your character can learn and use a wide variety of skills. So why a WoW cooking guide? One of these is cooking, a skill that while not essential, strictly speaking can be useful in that some of the foods you’ll learn to cook at higher levels can give you some buffs and also earn you a tidy sum of money! This brief WoW cooking guide will attempt to get you started on your way to mastering this skill.
First of all, you’re going to need fire if you want to cook; pretty much any fire you can find works. If there is no fire handy, you’ll have to make a fire yourself. To do this you’ll need the items Simple Wood and Flint and Tinder. You’ll also need the ability Basic Campfire – you can learn this skil by training at a cooking trainer. Sorry, reading this WoW cooking guide won’t give your character the skill (we’d do it for you if we could!)
Got fire? Good! Next you’re going to need something to cook. Start with the simplest recipe; spice bread. You’ll need to buy Simple Flour and Mild Spice for this. Hint: if you learn your cooking skill in Ironforge, you can start cooking on the fire outside the building, which will make things a little easier for the novice chef. Once you level up your cooking skill a bit, you’ll be ready for something a little more challenging.
For Horde players:
You can hunt Mottled Boars (for Boar Meat) and Wolves, Stalkers and Darkhounds (for Stringy Wolf Meat) and cook these to level up your cooking skill a little farther. You can speed this up a little by cooking Spiced Wolf Meat, but you will have to remember to buy Mild Spice as well.
For Alliance Players:
At low levels, Crag Boars and Boars (for Boar Meat) and Wolves (Stringy Wolf Meat) are easy prey – the same tip for Spiced Wolf Meat applies for Alliance players.
Once you’ve reached level 50 as a cook, you’ll want to train as a Journeyman Cook and then you’ll be past the introductory stage of cooking skills and on your way to bigger and better things – Though this brief WoW cooking guide only covers the very basics, just you wait: Tender Wolf Steaks, Monster Omelets and Smoked Desert Dumpling await you at higher levels. Wow Blacksmithing Guide

Wow Blacksmithing offers you the ability to create some spectacular gear. If you’re going to play a mail or plate wearing class, you can create armor and weapons that are as good as or exceed dungeon drops. (As with all the other classes, the very best gear comes from high-level dungeons and raid instances.)
We recommend you take up mining if you’re going to be a blacksmith. The two professions choices will lock you out of other professions, but its better to dig out your own gold than to have to rely on others or the Auction House for it. With mining you will supply a great majority of the ore and gems you need with blacksmithing. And extra ore and gems can always be sold in the AH for other professions that use them, such as Engineering and Jewelcrafting.
Wow Blacksmithing requires a quite eclectic array of materials. Once your skill is high enough to create high end weapon and armor, you’re going to need to collect materials from all of the gathering disciplines (Fishing, Mining, Herbing, and Skinning). As an example, the Shadow War Axe requires alchemy Shadow Oil potion from an alchemist, which in turn requires an Oil Blacktail fish from a fisherman, along with other herbs
Once your Warcraft blacksmithing hits 200 (and you’re level 40 or above), you can choose to specialize as an Armor smith or a Weapon smith. Weapon smiths can then specialize into Hammer, Axe, or Sword smiths.
Which of these four (Armor, Axe, Sword, or Hammer) specialties is best is a source of on-going debate among blacksmiths. Consider that while armor drops (raid, dungeons, grinding) are many, you’ll typically change weapons less often, as they are harder to find.
Go to a WOW website (such as Thottbot.com or Wowwiki.com) and look over the weapons that drop, and the weapons that you can make if you specialize in one of the weapon skills or seek out a more detailed Wow Blacksmithing guide.
If you know you’re not going to raid a lot, then you’ll be better off making your own high-level weapon. If you’re hardcore into raiding, then you might be better off making armor, and looking for that weapon drop.
